Our All Natural Calendula Lotion Bar is made with calendula infused oils, which I cold infuse in my own home to ensure you get all the amazing healing properties from the calendula. (may have slight honey and nutty fragrance due to the pure beeswax and organic shea butter). Calendula is known for its great healing properties and excellent for dry and irritated skin, and is said to even help with eczema and dermatis.
Made with Pure beeswax, calendula infused olive oil, coconut oil, and best of all, body loving shea butter! Use this bar to gently rub onto your hands and body. Your body heat will help to melt the butter and will glide on smoothly…a little goes a long way! Great for dry skin such as feet & elbows.

~ Shea Butter – Shea Butter is widely known for its deep and thorough moisturizing properties, but it also creates a protective, almost moisture protective seal on the skin. This protective layer defends the skin against the environment making it a perfect addition to foot creams.
~ Beeswax – The texture and water-resistance of beeswax allows it to act as a protective barrier for irritated skin. When mixed in lotion and applied to rough patches or chapped areas, it prevents further damage and seals in moisture, allowing the skin to heal. It also helps soften skin without synthetic chemical additives.
~ Calendula, a plant extract, has been used throughout history in skin preparations. Calendula is beneficial for dry or damaged skin and also promotes the fast healing and regeneration of the skin thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. According to YourHealth.com, applying calendula topically may help decrease inflammation and promote the healing of wounds, burns, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions.
~ Wound Healing
Because of calendula’s anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, it’s often used in preparations for sunburns, rashes, insect bites and other mild skin irritations. Calendula treatments can help soothe contact dermatitis from environmental causes. According to WoundsResearch.com, clinical data supports the properties of calendula in topical applications of 2 to 10 percent. Calendula’s effect on inflammation and tissue regeneration makes it an effective natural wound healer.
